Here at CETC we see a lot of lazy glutes. We wanted to provide a class to get them firing on all cylinders to fuel the next big PR in your squat or deadlift. We will take you through a series of bodyweight, compound, and accessory movements to focus on your glutes, hamstrings, and core!
