CETC’s Elite Training Program is a combination of three different focuses: Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, and metabolic conditioning. Our program offers a mixture of compound and accessory movements to improve your overall strength and conditioning.

Who is this program for? Any individual wanting to improve their strength, coordination, and body composition. Our Elite Programming is for ALL levels of experience, from beginner to advanced.
